Trainer Connect on Claude and ChatGPT

What you can ask

• Clients: who is active, goal, weight and height, and how long they've trained with you.
• Workouts: each student's active workout plan, with sets, reps and load, plus the latest logged sessions (how many in the last 30 days, duration, rating).
• Schedule: sessions for a day, week or month, with student, location and notes.
• Billing: what you've received, what's outstanding and who's late, with amount and due date.
• Directory: find other personal trainers by specialty and city in the public directory.

Examples: "who owes me this month?", "what's on my schedule tomorrow?", "put together a summary of Ana's workout so I can send it to her", "which students didn't train this week?".

What it doesn't do

• It only reads. It doesn't create workouts, invite students, book sessions, charge anyone or send messages: that stays in the app.
• It sees nothing your account can't see in the app. A team assistant only sees their own students, just like in the app.
• It's for personal trainers. Students follow their workouts and diet in the Trainer Connect app.

How to connect

1. Claude: tap "Connect to Claude" above. It opens Trainer Connect in Claude's connector directory; click Connect.
2. Ask something about your students. The first time, Claude shows "Connect" (link your account): sign in with your Trainer Connect account (email and password or Google). No account yet? Create one right there, free, and you'll come back already connected.
3. Review what the assistant can and can't do and authorize it. New account? Ask it to add your first student.
4. ChatGPT: tap "Connect to ChatGPT" above. It opens Trainer Connect in ChatGPT's plugins; click Install plugin and, when asked, sign in with your Trainer Connect account (or create one right there, free).

To disconnect, remove the connector in Claude's or ChatGPT's settings.
